To make oil from this, you need to boil off the ethanol. it boils at about 170f, you would do this in a container in a water bath. Also, i would do this outside. Once all the ethanol is gone, you will have a thick residue left over, you heat that up to 150 and mix it with some oil (olive, mtc, whatever) and you have cbd oil.
