You said .3% THC. Is that total THC? or Delta-9 THC as described in the definition of hemp by the USDA? Many people are claiming that the 2018 farm bill is referring to total THC or implying it by mentioning gas chromatography (GC) testing as a type of test that can be used. GC testing creates Delta-9 THC during the testing process as it decarboxylates the flower.

So is the 2018 Farm Bill written to put the cat back in the bag by using a total THC approach, hindering all hemp programs that use .3% Delta-9 THC? Or do they mean Delta-9 THC, leaving it to the states to decide if they want to restrict by total THC?
