There’s nothing keto about that morning parfait recipe, do a little more work and research before you post something. A true waste of my time. .
It’s so unfortunate that poor info like this heads people in the wrong direction when they are possibly looking for real help for their health.

Made a Broccoli Soup and added hemp seeds, It turned out beautiful. It was my first time using them so i was unsure on what quantity to add. Only 2 Tablespoons added, next time I’ll be upping the quantity to 100 Grams.
Below is the recipe, Its very Keto friendly and delicious.
I look forward to adding the hemp to more and more meals from here on out.

Broccoli Soup

3 Onions finely chopped
Quarter cake Butter
5 Garlic Cloves
2 Tbs Hemp Seeds ( add more next time)
1 Tbs Veg stock
1 Tbs Chicken stock
1 Litre water
3 Whole Broccoli chopped into florets
1 Tsp Salt and some pepper to taste
170 grams Aldi Smoked Cheddar ( emporium)
 Fry onions in butter till brown. Add Garlic for 2-3 mins, then add the hemp seeds.
Add stock and water, bring to boil. Lower heat to simmer and add Broccoli, cook for 20 mins. Add Pepper and salt then blend with stick blender. Once smooth add cheese and blend all together.
Serve with sour cream or yoghurt

For the keto diet, would it be okay if I wanted to drink primarily cbd infused sparkling water, soda, energy water, flavored water, and coffee?
