Which cultivars are best for bio remediation in urban settings. We wish to bioremediate & change questionable soils that haven’t been corrupted by direct contamination but has been exposed to urban environmental conditions unfit for agriculture.

I would think that the use of hemp to remove toxins would be just that – and the hemp would not then be used for human consumption. There are many places where the soils need cleansing – for example where there has been toxic industrial activity. Would there still be a problem if the hemp was used for rope, fabric, house building blocks, paper etc?

I knew that industrial hemp could remove toxins from the soil, but the thing I didn’t consider was the fact that the plant is full of toxins. If that’s the case you have to be aware of where your hemp comes from. Companies that sell Hemp Oil and related products hopefully get their hemp from farms that are reputable and then have it tested and processed by 3rd party labs before selling. That’s why homework is critical when deciding what company to purchase your online products from. Keep the information flowing.
